Where does Relievo deliver? We deliver only to United States for Now but will be increasing our operations to United Kingdom soon
What are the shipping costs? At Relievo, we offer free shipping (including VAT). Customers only pay for the product, and we handle the delivery at no additional cost.
When will I receive my order? Our shipping process is as follows:

Processing Time: Orders are processed and dispatched from our warehouse within one business day.

Delivery Time: The estimated delivery time is 3 – 6 business days within United States, since we use our only own logistics system sometimes a delay can occur for 1 - 3 working days at most
Orders placed on weekends or national holidays will be processed and dispatched on the next business day.
Please note: Delivery times are estimates provided by the transport carrier and cannot be guaranteed.
What if my package arrives damaged? If your package arrives damaged, please inform us within two weeks of delivery. This allows us to file a claim with the transport carrier and provide you with further assistance.
